Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada and Australia. No minimum purchase required.

Processing time

All orders go through a 1-2 business-day processing period before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

United States: 6 business days
Canada: 6 business days
Australia: 6 business days

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and import duties

Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply on arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still can't find it, email Support@pawfectheaven.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
